ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO RENSA’S SERVICES

Conclusion of sale

It is the user’s exclusive responsibility to assess whether the Products and/or Services ordered are appropriate for their intended purpose.
Registered users have the opportunity to place orders for any product available on the website. Rensa reserves the right to accept or decline these orders based on several factors, including the availability of the product, the accuracy of the product information (such as price and materials), and the receipt of payment or payment authorization from Rensa for the products.
The user hereby confirms that the Products and/or Services detailed on the tax invoice accurately reflect the Products and/or Services ordered at the prices agreed upon. Furthermore, where performance or delivery has already occurred, the user has inspected the Products and/or Services and is satisfied that they meet the agreed quality and quantity specifications, and are free from any visible defects.
All orders and any variations to those orders are subject to these Terms. Rensa will only accept written orders and variations. Notwithstanding this, Rensa may, at its sole discretion, choose to accept and act upon telephonic orders and any variations to those orders. However, Rensa reserves the right to decline delivery or collection of any order until a written order form has been received.
The delivery, installation, commencement, and performance times provided are estimates and are not binding on Rensa. Rensa commits to making every effort to meet these delivery times; however, time shall not be considered of the essence of this agreement unless expressly confirmed in writing by Rensa. Rensa shall not be held liable for any loss or damage of any kind that the user may experience as a result of any incorrect or delayed delivery, or issues related to installation, commencement, or performance.

Delivery conditions

Kindly refer to our comprehensive Delivery Policy for all terms related to delivery at Rensa.
Nevertheless, the following considerations should also be taken into account:
1. Any delivery note, waybill, or invoice (whether a copy or original) signed by the user or a third party tasked with transporting the products and retained by Rensa shall serve as prima facie evidence that delivery has been made to the user and that it corresponds with the quality and quantity indicated therein.
2. Rensa shall have the right to invoice and deliver each order individually.
3. The responsibility for any damage to or loss of the Products is transferred to the user upon the signing of the delivery receipt at the time of delivery to the user or their designated representative. The user is also expected to ensure that the Products are fully insured until payment has been made in full.
4. Rensa is hereby authorized to engage a third party on its behalf and under terms deemed appropriate by Rensa for the transportation of all purchased products.
5. Should the user elect to engage a third party for the transportation of the Products, the user shall indemnify Rensa against any claims of any nature that may arise from such an arrangement.
6. You acknowledge that the stock of all products available is limited, and that pricing may change at any time without prior notice. Rensa commits to making reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and to ensure that when stock is no longer available, the corresponding offers are removed from the website. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of stock. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, Rensa will inform you and you will be entitled to a full refund of any amount you have already paid for that product.
7. Rensa will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the description, availability, composition, materials or ingredients used, origins of the Products, purchase prices, and delivery charges are accurately presented on our Website. However, in the event of any errors of any nature on the Website that are not attributable to our gross negligence or fraudulent behaviour, we cannot accept liability for any loss, claim, or expense arising from a transaction based on such errors. In cases of an incorrect purchase price, our liability will be limited to refunding any amount already paid, or as otherwise detailed in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
