Rensa Delivery Policy
- Any delivery notes, waybills, or invoices (whether copies or originals) that are signed by the Customer or a third party responsible for transporting the goods and retained by Rensa shall serve as prima facie evidence that delivery was completed to the Customer and that the quality and quantity indicated therein are accurate.
- All orders and any variations to those orders are governed by these terms and conditions. Rensa will only accept written orders and variations. Notwithstanding this, Rensa may, at its discretion, choose to accept and process telephonic orders and variations. However, Rensa retains the right to withhold delivery or collection of any order until a written order form has been received.
- Rensa shall have the right to divide the delivery of goods ordered into various quantities and scheduled dates, subject to obtaining prior consent from the Customer, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
- Rensa shall have the right to invoice and deliver each order individually.
- The responsibility for any damage to or loss of goods transfers to the Customer upon signing the delivery receipt at the time of delivery to either the Customer or their nominated representative. The Customer is therefore encouraged to ensure that the goods are fully insured until payment has been completed in full.
- Rensa is hereby authorized to engage a third party on its behalf and under terms deemed appropriate by Rensa for the transportation of all purchased goods.
- Should the Customer decide to engage a third party for the transportation of goods, the Customer shall indemnify Rensa against any claims of any nature that may arise from this arrangement.
- The delivery, installation, commencement, and performance timelines provided are to be considered as estimates and are not binding on Rensa. Rensa commits to using its best efforts to adhere to these delivery timelines; however, time shall not be deemed of the essence of this agreement unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Rensa. Rensa shall not be held liable for any loss or damage of any kind that the Customer may experience as a result of incorrect or delayed delivery, or issues related to installation, commencement, or performance.
- Invoices and deliveries will be processed only after payment has been successfully cleared in Rensa’s account.
- Deliveries will be organized in alignment with the Rensa delivery schedule.
- We kindly request that you allow a delivery timeframe of 2 to 5 days.
