Rensa Pricing Policy
- All quotes will remain valid for a period of 24 hours from the date of issuance or until a new price is issued, whichever comes first. The validity of any price is contingent upon availability and any increases in the cost price, including currency fluctuations, incurred by Rensa prior to the dispatch of goods.
- The Customer hereby confirms that the goods and services detailed in the issued invoice accurately reflect the items ordered, at the prices mutually agreed upon. Furthermore, for those goods and services where performance or delivery has already occurred, the Customer has conducted an inspection and is satisfied that they meet the specified quality and quantity requirements, and are free from any visible defects.
- The Customer consents to the standard pricing set by Rensa for any goods purchased or services rendered, as outlined in the current price list.
- In the event that any payment owed by the Customer to Rensa becomes overdue, Rensa reserves the right to suspend all deliveries to the Customer until all outstanding amounts are settled. Alternatively, Rensa may choose to cancel all pending orders. In either circumstance, the Customer shall not have any claims against Rensa.
- Prices are expressed in South African Rand.
- Prices may change without prior notification.
