Refund And Return Policy

Manufacturer's Warranty:

All products are covered by a Manufacturer's Warranty. Rensa upholds the warranties as specified for each supplied product, which may vary in terms of coverage and duration.

Return Material Authorization (RMA)

No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Return Material Authorization (RMA) request form is available to be submitted online prior to returning any items for any reason. Please complete the RMA application online on our website rensa.co.za.

This number must be used as a reference for all matters relating. Our technical department will issue you with an RMA number which authorizes you to return one item per every RMA number. A full fault description must be completed to enable technical department to test and verify fault.

All defective merchandise returned to Rensa must be returned with all cables, power supplies, documentation etc.

Repairs

In the event that repairs are conducted by Rensa, the repair times provided are solely estimates and are not binding. Time shall not be considered of the essence in this agreement unless explicitly stated in writing by Rensa. Rensa shall not be held liable for any loss or damage of any kind that the Customer may incur due to unforeseen costs and/or delays in repairs.

Cost Of Returns

Rensa will not cover the expenses associated with returning products to its offices. To ensure your protection, it is advisable to insure the package and utilise a traceable shipping method. Rensa disclaims any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

Acceptance of Products

Rensa will carry out the incoming acceptance inspection promptly upon receipt of the products.

Should any of the aforementioned conditions not be satisfied, Rensa reserves the right to either refuse the return or impose a restocking fee of no less than 15%.
